• The promotion runs from October 3, 2025 to October 31, 2025 (Philippine Time).
• During the event period, users can earn extra rewards by referring friends if their referral count ranks in the Top 10.
• If the distribution date happens to fall on a regular holiday, the distribution will be moved to the next working day.
• Every week during the event, users who refer the most friends in top 10 ranking will be selected to win extra rewards; the selection date will be:
  • 10/10 Friday
  • 10/17 Friday
  • 10/24 Friday
  • 10/31 Friday

  Note: Rankings will reset each week and cannot be carried over.
  
  ‍The selection date will be moved to the next working day if it falls on a regular holiday.
• Winners will be announced on the Daily Fantasy Facebook page before the weekend each week, and the extra reward will be provided via in-game mailbox. Winners must claim the extra reward within 30 days; failure to claim within 30 days will be considered voluntary forfeiture and the reward will NOT be re-awarded.
• The Top 10 winners will receive rewards according to the ranking list below:

• If multiple winners have the same number of referrals within the Top 10 ranking, the extra reward will be evenly distributed among them.
• After the event ends, no claims or appeals will be accepted from users under any circumstances.
• Users must be over 21 years old, meet residency and local-law requirements, and comply with all applicable regulations.
• Employees of Daily Fantasy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• If a user is found through valid evidence or system detection to have participated improperly or used multiple accounts, they will lose their eligibility for the event, and any rewards obtained will be reclaimed. In cases of serious violations, Daily Fantasy reserves the right to take further actions, including account restrictions, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and AMLA laws in the Philippines.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to suspend release of rewards or void any entries should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
• Users who win rewards will be subjected to initial verification by Daily Fantasy before being officially announced.
• If the originally scheduled sports matches or contests for the event are postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, official changes, or force majeure, the affected day’s event contests will be replaced or canceled with alternative games at Daily Fantasy’s discretion.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winners in any manner deemed appropriate.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to collect users' in-game data and behavior to ensure fair event results and is obligated to uphold the fairness of the competition.
• By participating in the event, users agree to allow their User IDs and virtual likeness to be used by Daily Fantasy for promotional purposes. All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify or cancel the event without prior notice, especially in cases of force majeure. The event will not be extended for late users.
• If delays in reward or winner announcements occur due to system calculations or result verification processes, the official announcement date published by Daily Fantasy will prevail.
