The distribution time for Ruby will vary based on system load. You can expect to receive your Ruby within approximately one business day. To check your Daily Ruby balance in the game, please navigate to the “Me” section.
Daily Ruby cannot be directly redeemed for Coins, winnings, or any items in the store. It can only be used to offset the entry fee for contests that require Coins or to enter exclusive contests that require Ruby instead.
Daily Ruby usage is applicable only when participating in normal contests to offset entry fees or in exclusive contests that cost Ruby.

There will be no option to exchange Ruby for Coins or vice versa within the game.
You can only offset entry fee in the game ( 500 RUBY to 1 COIN )

If Ruby has an expiration date due to an official event or giveaway, players must adhere to the regulations, and the distribution time will be based on the system's schedule.
Upon receiving evidence that a player obtained Ruby through irregular or illegal means, Daily Fantasy reserves the right to reclaim the Ruby and revoke the player’s eligibility for events or games.
Players cannot request to redeem Ruby for cash or any other valuable items in the game store or events. The accumulation and redemption of Ruby are governed by the established rules.
