To be considered for Honor Player, a player must Successfully pass KYC verification.

Among all eligible players, 1x “Elite Honor Player” and 1x “Baller Honor Player” will be selected for each game category.

• Elite Honor Player:
  The player with the highest single-team Fantasy Points (FP) achieved within the month.Tie-breaker: If there is a tie, tie-breaking will be based on the next highest single-game FP.
• Baller Honor Player:
  The player with the highest accumulated Fantasy Points (FP) within the month.Tie-breaker: If there is a tie, tie-breaking will be based on the highest single-game FP.
• Yearly Honor Player:
  ‍The player with the highest number of Monthly Honor Player titles during the year will be selected as the Yearly Honor Player. In case of a tie (two or more players with the same number of monthly titles), the following tiebreaker will apply: Total accumulated Fantasy Points during the year (paid coin contests only), The player with the higher Fantasy Points will be selected.

• Only Fully paid coin contests are counted.
• Free contests, Ruby Swap and RUBY-entry contests are excluded.
• The system will calculate each user’s Fantasy points from all valid contests during the Settlement period.

• Honor Player is a monthly regular event in Daily Fantasy. 4 players will be selected as Honor Players each month. 2 from basketball, and 2 from football.
• The Honor Player Event will start on the first day of each month; the result will conclude at the end of the month, and the title winners will be announced by the 5th of the following month. (example: January Settlement Period ：Jan 1 – Jan 31, winner will be announced by Feb. 5th)
• To be eligible for this promotion, players must be over 21 years old and have completed KYC verification in Daily Fantasy. If KYC verification is completed within the same month, the eligibility will still be valid. Eligibility will only be considered invalid if the player's KYC verification has not been approved at the time they win the Honor Player title.
• If the physical prize is out of stock, the reward will be delayed for delivery or replaced with an equivalent item at the sole discretion of Daily Fantasy's official team. The exact delivery timeline depends on the logistics provider or related third parties. Daily Fantasy shall not be held liable for any delays, accidents, or damages occurring during the delivery process.
• Winners of Honor Players will be subjected to initial verification by Daily Fantasy and will be announced after.
• The physical and cash rewards will be distributed after the Honor Players complete the interview with the Daily Fantasy team. If the winners have not completed the interview within 15 days from the announcement date, Daily Fantasy reserves the right to postpone the reward distribution until the interview has been fulfilled.
• Winners will be notified via email, SMS, or in-app notifications on the Daily Fantasy app with details on prize redemption after the complete winners’ list has been announced.
• Winners must submit the personal ID used for KYC verification and provide a complete shipping address within 14 days to claim their prizes. The winners’ list will be published on Daily Fantasy’s Facebook page and website on the 5th of the following month. (If the 5th is a weekend, the announcement will be postponed to the weekday.)
• In the event, the forfeited title reward and prizes will be awarded to another participant chosen at the sole discretion of Daily Fantasy. The title reward and prizes are combined with each other and cannot be forfeited solely. Once the players forfeit one of the each, both rewards will be considered as voluntarily forfeited.
• By accepting the prize, the winners agrees to hold Daily Fantasy and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from their participation in the program caused by or arising from their acceptance and/or use of the prize.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to collect players' in-game data and behavior to ensure fair event results and is obligated to uphold the fairness of the competition.
• Honor Players of Daily Fantasy are entitled to attend offline events upon receiving a digital invitation. Additional privileges will be communicated privately. They are required to represent the Top Player and agree to allow Daily Fantasy to use in-game or event materials for marketing purposes.
• By participating in the event, the players agree to allow their players IDs, and virtual likeness to be used by Daily Fantasy for promotional purposes. Daily Fantasy ensures that all personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice, especially in cases of force majeure. The event will not be extended for late participants, and any updates or changes can be found on the official fan page.

• Participation is subject to passing a KYC verification; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize.
• Employees of the organizer, its partner agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Events may have specific participation requirements, including but not limited to game type, entry conditions, performance criteria, or completion thresholds. Only activities completed in accordance with the stated event mechanics will be considered valid.
• Rewards may include virtual items, in-game benefits, physical items, or other incentives as specified in each event.
  a. Virtual rewards will be credited directly to the user’s account.
  b. Physical rewards, if applicable, require users to provide accurate delivery and verification information within the designated timeframe.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent behavior, account abuse, multiple account usage, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or any activity that violates platform rules or compromises event integrity.
• All event-related records, including participation status, results, rankings, scores, and reward eligibility, shall be determined based on Daily Fantasy’s system records. System data shall serve as the final and binding reference.
• Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any event due to system issues, operational adjustments, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures or force majeure.
• These General Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional events organized by Daily Fantasy unless otherwise specified. By participating in any event, users agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as Daily Fantasy’s official rules and policies.
• All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted unless otherwise stated by Daily Fantasy.
• By participating in this event, users freely acknowledge, agree and accept that their personal information may be shared with and processed by third-party service providers for the sole purpose of drawing the winner, prize verification, fulfillment, and delivery, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Daily Fantasy’s Privacy Policy.
