The winner must provide personal information for booking flights, hotel, and insurance. This includes: • Full name as shown on passport • Passport number • Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) • A photo of government-issued ID with ID number • Email address you check most often • Mobile number you use most often
Note: If the winner brings a companion, their information must also be provided. Note: If more than one companion is brought, the winner will be responsible for all expenses such as flights, hotel, and insurance for the additional companions. Note: The winner must provide all required information within 14 days of the announcement to allow Daily Fantasy to complete the bookings and necessary arrangements. Failure to do so will result in the prize being deemed voluntarily forfeited.
The winner is allowed to bring only one companion. Any additional companions will be at the winner’s own cost. Note: If the companion is under 18 years old, a parental or legal guardian consent form must be submitted, and full responsibility for the minor’s supervision will remain with the winner.
Daily Fantasy will cover the following costs for the winner and one companion: • Round-trip flight tickets • Hotel accommodation • Travel insurance • Airport–hotel shuttle service • Transportation and other costs related to the official Daily Fantasy schedule Note: All bookings and prizes are strictly non-exchangeable, not for resale, and cannot be sold or converted into cash or any other form of monetary value. Note: The travel insurance covers only basic accidents. It does not cover flight delays, lost luggage, chronic illnesses, pre-existing conditions, or participation in hazardous activities. Coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. For more details, please contact the Daily Fantasy team. Any additional insurance policies will be at the winner’s own cost.
If the winner or companion requests a name change after flight tickets are booked, the additional charges will be the responsibility of the winner.
The winner and companion must apply for and secure their U.S. visas at their own cost before the departure date. The deadline for the U.S. visas should be confirmed before 1/20, 2026. If the winner fails to confirm the availability of visas, please contact Daily Fantasy Team viamarketing@playdailyfantasy.com.
All necessary travel documents and visas must be prepared before departure. If the winner or companion fails to provide the required documents or the visa application is denied, resulting in the inability to join the trip, Daily Fantasy will not provide compensation or exchange the prize for another form of reward.
The Daily Fantasy crew will accompany the winner with the NBA All Star schedule. Daily Fantasy shall not be responsible for any injury, unforeseen events, or force majeure occurring to the winner or their companion during activities outside the official NBA All-Star schedule.
The winner and companion will be responsible for meals, entertainment, sightseeing, and all costs not included in the official Daily Fantasy schedule.
The winner and companion must confirm attendance (RSVP). If the winner cannot attend or becomes unavailable for any reason, Daily Fantasy will not provide compensation or alternative rewards.
If the NBA All-Star event is postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to official announcements, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, compensation will follow the NBA’s official arrangements. Daily Fantasy will cover adjustments to flights, hotels, and related scheduled expenses, and the winner will not need to pay additional fees. Note: If the event is canceled midway due to legal requirements or force majeure, Daily Fantasy shall not be responsible for compensating any unused portions of the prize.
If flights are delayed or canceled due to unforeseen events or force majeure, Daily Fantasy will not be responsible. Compensation must be requested directly from the airline.
If the winner or companion is injured, faces unexpected circumstances, or encounters any force majeure during the trip, related losses or costs will be the responsibility of the winner. Compensation should be claimed through the travel insurance policy, not Daily Fantasy.
The winner and companion must confirm that they are in good health and fit for long-distance travel and event participation. If they have chronic conditions or require special medical care, they must bring their own medication and inform in advance. Daily Fantasy will not assume medical responsibility.
Loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal belongings will be the responsibility of the winner. Any claims should be made directly with the airline or insurance provider.
Daily Fantasy reserves the right to adjust the schedule or planned activities due to force majeure, official changes, or safety concerns, without additional compensation. Daily Fantasy also reserves the right of final interpretation regarding the event arrangements.
The winner must participate in key official activities (e.g., NBA All-Star games, brand promotion events). Failure to attend will be considered a voluntary waiver, and no compensation will be provided.
The winner and companion must comply with local laws, social norms, and event rules during the trip. Any misconduct leading to legal issues or disruption of the trip will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner agrees to allow Daily Fantasy to take photos or videos during the trip, which may be used for brand promotion, media coverage, and social media marketing.
The winner and companion must comply with local laws regarding alcohol and substance use. Daily Fantasy will not be liable for any incidents or legal issues arising from alcohol or drug-related behavior.
The winner must provide emergency contact details. Participation in the trip constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all risks. Daily Fantasy’s liability will be limited to the coverage provided under the insurance policy.
The personal information provided by the winner will be used solely for booking, insurance, and event arrangements, in compliance with data protection regulations.
