● During each bi-weekly event period ●
- Users must participate in paid basketball coin contests
- Free contests and RUBY-entry contests are excluded
- The system will calculate each user’s total accumulated Fantasy points from all valid contests during the Settlement period.

The calculation includes all Fantasy points earned from valid contests completed between Jan 16, 00:00 and Jan 29, 23:59
Only contests that are successfully settled within this period will be counted
● Winner Selection ●
- At the end of each event period, the user with the highest total accumulated Fantasy points will be declared the winner.
- In the event of a tie in total Fantasy points, the winner will be determined according to the following order:
• The user with the highest single-contest Fantasy point during the event period will be ranked higher.
• If the highest single-contest score is tied, the comparison will proceed to the second-highest single-contest point, then the third-highest, and so on. - Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) iPhone prize during the entire giveaway campaign.
Any participant who has already won an iPhone in a previous round will be automatically excluded from eligibility in all subsequent rounds, regardless of participation status or entry count.
● Event Notification ＆Prize Claiming ●
- Winners will be notified via the in-game mailbox.
- Winners must complete KYC verification and confirm delivery information within the designated timeframe. KYC verification must be successfully completed during the event period and prior to the winner selection date in order for a user to be considered an eligible winner. Users who complete KYC verification only after the event period or after the winner selection date will not be eligible to receive the reward.

• KYC must be completed by Mar 13, 2026, 23:59 to be eligible
• KYC completed between Mar 14–Mar 17 will not be eligible for rewards - Winners must cooperate with Daily Fantasy in interviews or promotional content to claim the prize and agree to display on Daily Fantasy platforms.
Winners based in Metro Manila are encouraged to collect prizes in person at the Daily Fantasy office. - Winning users must respond to the prize notification within five (5) calendar days from the official announcement date. Notifications will be sent via email or in-game mail box.
• All responses must be submitted via email or contact with our customer service team, please provide with valid identification documents or other materials required to verify the winner’s identity.
• Failure to respond within the specified timeframe, or failure to provide adequate verification, will be deemed as an automatic forfeiture of the prize, and no replacement or reissue will be provided.
- Physical prizes will be delivered within 60 days after confirmation.
- All event updates, eligibility determinations, and winner announcements will be communicated via the official event page, in-game mailbox, or Daily Fantasy’s official social media channels.
- System records shall serve as the final basis for event qualification and results.

- Participation is subject to passing a KYC verification; otherwise, the organizer reserves the right to revoke the prize.
- Employees of the organizer, its partner agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Events may have specific participation requirements, including but not limited to game type, entry conditions, performance criteria, or completion thresholds. Only activities completed in accordance with the stated event mechanics will be considered valid.
- Rewards may include virtual items, in-game benefits, physical items, or other incentives as specified in each event.
a. Virtual rewards will be credited directly to the user’s account.
b. Physical rewards, if applicable, require users to provide accurate delivery and verification information within the designated timeframe. - Daily Fantasy reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent behavior, account abuse, multiple account usage, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or any activity that violates platform rules or compromises event integrity.
- All event-related records, including participation status, results, rankings, scores, and reward eligibility, shall be determined based on Daily Fantasy’s system records. System data shall serve as the final and binding reference.
- Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any event due to system issues, operational adjustments, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures or force majeure.
- These General Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional events organized by Daily Fantasy unless otherwise specified. By participating in any event, users agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as Daily Fantasy’s official rules and policies.
- All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be substituted unless otherwise stated by Daily Fantasy.
- By participating in this event, users freely acknowledge, agree and accept that their personal information may be shared with and processed by third-party service providers for the sole purpose of drawing the winner, prize verification, fulfillment, and delivery, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Daily Fantasy’s Privacy Policy.
a. “Personal information” shall mean the following user information:

b. “Third-party service providers” shall include, but not limited to, the following: AI systems such as ChatGPT or Gemini, among others - Daily Fantasy reserves the right of final interpretation regarding all events, rules, eligibility, rewards, and disputes.
