Promo Mechanics

  • The promotion starts on June 1, 2025 (12:01am) and ends on June 23, 2025 (11:59pm) Philippine Time.
  • To be qualified for the “Daily Fantasy Shop All You Can” promotion, participants must enter the 20-Coin coin-based matches during the NBA Finals duration with the customized contest name (NBA Shop All You Can 🛒) and earn the highest point for the whole promotion duration.
  • During the promotion, only the selected NBA Finals matches with customized contest name (NBA Shop All You Can 🛒) and 20 coin-entry fee on the Daily Fantasy platform will be validated as qualified points.

  • The player should be over the age of 21 and verified KYC in Daily Fantasy to be eligible for this promotion.
  • Players can enter multiple coin-based matches for a chance to be the top player of the whole duration and each team created for each match will be counted towards the final standing’s score.
  • If a tie persists, the following methods in chronological order will be applied to determine the ultimate winner:
  • • The player whose lineup includes the highest single-scoring player wins
    • If still tied, the player with the highest team captain score wins;If still tied, the player with the highest team vice captain score wins
    • If still tied, the player with the highest combined scores for the point guard and shooting guard wins
    • If still tied, the player with the highest combined scores for the power forward, small forward, and center wins.
  • All prizes are non-transferrable and not exchangeable and/or convertible to cash, cash advance, or any kind.
  • Players must meet the eligibility criteria to join the event. This includes but is not limited to age, residency, and compliance with local laws. Employees of Daily Fantasy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  • If a player is reported or found, with evidence, to have joined the event improperly or through multiple accounts, their eligibility for the event and rewards will be revoked. Any rewards obtained during the event period will also be reclaimed.
  • Daily Fantasy reserves the right to suspend release of items or void any entries should misrepresentation or fraud be proven.
  • Top players will be subjected to initial verification by Daily Fantasy and will be announced after.
  • Winners will be notified through email or notification in the Daily Fantasy app with the details of the prize redemption after the complete winners’ list announcement has been made.
  • To accept the prizes, the winners must submit a valid ID for verification and provide a complete shipping address for prize shipment within 14 days of the overall winners’ list
  • The complete winners announcement will be announced on June 27, 2025 or earlier.
  • In the event that a prize remains unclaimed 30 days after the end of the promotion period, the forfeited prizes then either be awarded to another participant chosen or use it for future campaigns at the sole discretion of Daily Fantasy.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to follow the schedule provided by Daily Fantasy for the shopping spree in accordance with the schedule of the NBA Store Philippines.
  • Shop All You Can Mechanics:
  • • The winner will have 12 seconds or 24 seconds to shop all they can inside the designated area inside the NBA store.
    • Only items that are physically placed at the designated "Drop-Off Area" within the time limit will be counted.
    • Items left in shopping bags, held in hand, or not placed in the designated area will not be considered.
    • Use of external bags, containers, or tools is strictly prohibited during the Shop All You Can initiative.
    • Participants are responsible for ensuring their selected items are correctly placed in the designated area before time expires.
    • Once the time stops, the winner should already be in the “Drop-Off Area”.
    • Any damage to the store premises, including damage of goods, will be charged to the winner.
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Daily Fantasy and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
  • In the event that a winner declines or is unable to claim the prize, the company reserves the right to withhold the prize and shall not be obligated to select an alternative winner or provide a substitute.
  • By joining, participants agree to allow the use of their name, image, and participation for marketing purposes.
  • Daily Fantasy reserves the right to collect players' in-game data and behavior to ensure fair event results and is obligated to uphold the fairness of the competition.
  • By participating in the event, the players agree to allow their players IDs, and virtual likeness to be used by Daily Fantasy for promotional purposes. Daily Fantasy ensures that all personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.
  • If the originally scheduled sports matches or games for the event are unexpectedly postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, official changes, or force majeure, the event contests in the game for the affected day will be replaced or cancelled with alternative games as determined by Daily Fantasy's official decision.
  • Daily Fantasy reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion without prior notice, especially in cases of force majeure. The event will not be extended for late participants, and any updates or changes can be found on the official fan page.
  • All decisions of the organizer are final and non-negotiable.

  • NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).

  • Exclusion of Employees of the NBA Entities from Eligibility: Employees of the NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.
  • Right of Publicity Release: Participants in this promotion agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
