Every lineup told a story, from late-night research, last-minute lineup changes, bold captain and vice captain picks, to those heart-pounding moments when one player’s performance could change everything. Whether you were grinding daily contests or jumping in for the big slates, 2025 proved that you were never playing alone.
The Fan Favorite: Prize Hunter Mode
If there was one mode that defined the Daily Fantasy landscape this year, it was Prize Hunter. With 1,064,512 slips submitted, and likely more, it officially became the most popular game mode of 2025.
The appeal was simple: high energy, clear objectives, and the thrill of chasing rewards. Prize Hunter had Daily Fantasy players coming back to play and more, mainly thanks to the balance of strategy and excitement, which led to a superb year for the game mode.
